STORY
Invictus Press was originally established to publish the books that Ananya and Brett Ridenour created. Over time, Ananya and Brett decided to expand the publishing capabilities in order to provide individuals with an opportunity to share their stories and have a voice.

Ananya and Brett are a husband and wife team that are partners in life and in writing. Their relationship and writing has evolved to become what it is today, a collaboration of support, ideas, and dreams. They challenge each other to create, to dream, to be more than they have become as individuals.
With Invictus Press they invite others to join them on this journey and to follow their own passions and dreams with the help of an encouraging community.

Why Invictus?
​
In 6th grade, Ananya was given the task to memorize the poem Invictus by William Ernest Henley (Thank you Mrs. Nelson!). The poem stuck with Ananya throughout the years and became a focal point when times were tough. The poem assisted in getting through difficult situations and reminded Ananya that "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul." This sentiment now becomes a mantra as Ananya and Brett assist others in following their passions and dreams.
